Dr. McMillan will be joining Maraca as their Chief Clinical Officer reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors. She started her behavior-analytic journey while studying at LSU back in 2007. She continued her academic career at Auburn where she earned her Ph.D. while simultaneously acquiring invaluable experiences as a scientist-practitioner. She's been mentored by Drs. Jeffrey Tiger, Jim Carr, Linda LeBlanc, and Sacha Pence. She has extensive clinical and operational expertise, and has served as Chief Clinical Officer in previous positions. In her last role, she oversaw clinical excellence in a well-respected, multi-state platform providing autism therapy services across multiple centers. In her new position at Maraca, she'll be overseeing all day-to-day operations and supporting with expansion efforts into other markets.
